What brought you to Degree in the first place?
My sister had been here before and told me it was a great place to be with great people.
What was your first impression? How has that changed?
It was a very easygoing place with trainers who understood my needs and goals. It’s amplified in the time I’ve been here.
What was your first “bright spot”?
Completing a workout I continuously wanted to quit.
What are you working on now?
I’m continuing to work on my strength and endurance.
What is your advice for someone who is thinking about starting a fitness or nutrition program?
