- All of the equipment that you need and none of what you don’t need. Everything from kettle bells, barbells, rowers, med balls, skipping ropes.
- Plyoboxes, bench press, squat racks, gymnastics rings, and a large rig to practice body weight movements.
- The open concept provides you and others lots of room to move and get your workout in. Most enjoy the group class workouts, but we also offer personal training, bootcamp, Yoga, 50+ fitness and teen training!
- Certified Coaches are always present to give you the training and advice you need to succeed. Sophisticated scheduling and workout tracking software to track your progress- allowing you coaches to fine tune your workouts to make sure you are constantly improving and getting results.
