What brought you to Group CrossFit classes in the first place?

Due to COVID, I switched gyms from Stratford but what brought me to CrossFit was wanting to tone up and learn how to lift properly.


What was your first impression? How has it changed?

Friendly! Everyone is so friendly at Degree, it has now felt like more of a family to me at Degree.


What was your first Bright Spot?

No clue? Probably when I made 4 classes one week? (Coaches note: that's a great Bright Spot, Paulien! =) )


What are you working on now?

Eating healthy, balance my hormones and toning up!


What is your advice for someone looking to get started?

If you want to learn on how to lift or get yourself to go to the gym, Degree to where to come. They will stay on top of you, but you will also want to go because you miss everyone and the adrenaline!
