What brought you to group training in the first place?
We talked about doing it for a while and finally we decided to stop talking and start doing!
What was your first impression? How has that changed?
My first impression of the group classes was how positive the atmosphere was when you walk in. Everyone is very supportive and kind, it has just gotten better and better every class we go to.
What was your first “bright spot”?
My first bright spot was getting through the first group workout without giving up.
What are you working on now?
I am working on getting stronger, building endurance and challenging myself by lifting heavier every time I go to Degree.
What is your advice for someone who is thinking about starting a fitness program at Degree?
My advice is that the time is going to pass whether you commit to a workout program or not. It is better to say you have a week, month, or even a year under your belt than be still wishing you would have started!
