Adarsh has been an inspiration to us here at Degree. We have watched him get stronger and stronger each class! He's a great team player and loves to challenge himself. He knows how important it is to move his body to get strong! His cool and calm demeanor allows him to stay focused for great form and technique. Adarsh rocks!

What brought you to Degree in the first place?

I wanted consistency in my workouts. 


What was your first impression? How has that changed?

Group classes seemed fun and brings out more in me than I would have actually done if I was working alone. When I see Jay or Chelsea doing more weight or more reps, I think I can do more. The company helps me do more and better. 


What was your first “bright spot”?

I lifted weights in back squats which was equal to my body weight.


What are you working on now?

Just keep doing it, try to be consistent. Once that is done, maybe add more classes per month.


What is your advice for someone who is thinking about starting a fitness or nutrition program?

I'll say just start and try to be consistent. There are many more benefits to fitness programs than we think both short-term and long-term. Immediate benefits - feel good mentally, and strong physically and no need to mention a lot of long term benefits. Since I started working out at Degree, I look at myself in the mirror more and longer now (LOL), appreciate the muscles and try to find any new muscles recently made.
