I started coming to CrossFit to feel confident and to get in better shape for my wedding that was in August.


My first impression was that some of the workouts seemed impossible to finish and thinking I’d never be able to. Now, the workouts aren’t as intimidating and I look forward to pushing myself to do better than the last time.


My first bright spot was getting my deadlift personal best – It made me want to keep coming back to see how much more I’d be able to lift! I’m currently working on increasing my bench press one rep max.


My favourite Degree memory was the CrossFit Open 20.2 workout. I thought for sure that I would only be able to get through four rounds, but I surprised myself and made it through nine!
