We always ask "what brought you here? how can we help?". As we dive in, 99% of people want to lose weight, build muscle or have more accountability. They're tired of yo-yoing, or having no direction.
The most miraculous things start to evolve over their private sessions, and the classes, and the weeks and months of consistent effort.
A shift - but not just stronger legs or a faster workout time, a mental shift.
The change in which what started as a means to work on our 'outside' body, has now become an ingrained habit in our everyday lives.
We realize that exercise doesn't just make us feel better physically. Nah, that's just the beginning!
Along with exercise, being active, and the support of your gym family you find:
A deeper sense of meaning
Purpose
A drive you maybe didn't know you had
You find courage to do things you never thought you would be able to, or may have been too scared to before
You develop a sense of happiness with each accomplishment
There is study after study that show exercise and mental health are deeply rooted in one another. The proof is in our members, in our coaches, and in our active community.
The more active we are, in whatever that is for you, the happier and healthier we are.
The happier and healthier we are, the happier and healthier our friends and family are, and then their friends, and so on and so forth. It becomes the most magnificent ripple effect you could imagine!
It's hard to explain sometimes if you've never experienced it. So often we start something, but never get far enough to make it a habit, because we get frustrated, go too hard too fast, or it simply wasn't a good fit for us.
If you've started before, quit, started again, and quit - you can still start again.
