It depends, but I recommend people commit to an absolute minimum of 6 months to see lasting changes. How much longer after that? Honestly, as long as you possibly can.
Why?
Our bodies take time to change. It takes a bit of time, and a bit of commitment but once you get there, it is all worth it.
If you come once per week for 30 minutes, eat well during the days we don't see you, and add in a brisk walk a few times a week you'll start to notice changes. Do this over the course of 6 months to a year, and beyond. Man, you'll be happy you didn't give up or quit.
Remember, though - you need to do this for the long haul. It will probably take longer than 4 weeks. That can be a tough pill to swallow for a lot of people, and we understand.

Here are some sample workout schedules that can give you results - as long as you stick with it!
1X/Week, 30 minute Personal Training.
This is great for those that are busy, and pretty active otherwise. They probably make pretty good nutritional choices and are looking for something to keep them active but not take up a lot of time. These can be done in person or via Zoom call.
2X/Week, 30 minute Personal Training
This is great for those that are also busy but need a bit more structure, or, perhaps just want to come more often. Pair this with decent nutrition and you will see changes. This is our most popular Personal Tracking package! These can be done in person or via Zoom call.
Hop into group classes 2 - 3X/Week. (ie. Bootcamp or Group CrossFit)
These classes are awesome for those that love working out with their friends and look to improve their strength and conditioning. Classes are on a schedule where you'll reserve our spot in the class you want via our own app.
It doesn't matter what you choose so long as it fits your lifestyle and makes you happy. Pair it with a solid nutrition plan from our Nutrition Coach (
