How a dietitian can help with your goals
Hi, my name’s Mairead and I’m a Registered Dietitian and CrossFit coach at Degree!

That’s why when I talk about nutrition, you and I figure out a specific plan for you. Not a cookie cutter plan I give to everyone, not me setting your goals for you. You and I work together to help figure out the best way to get you from where you’re at to where you want to be.

- General healthy eating: what makes up a good meal or snack? Am I eating the right things? Am I eating the right amounts? Is there anything missing from my diet?

- Meal planning: let’s chat about what your family’s needs are on a weekly basis and find a strategy for you to make meal planning easy. Meal planning can take tons of stress out of your life, save you money, and help you eat healthier.
- Building muscle or trying to lose fat: what things that you do daily can we tweak to help get you where you want to be?
- Your relationship with food: do you find knowing what to eat to just be stressful? Do you feel out of control around food or struggle with emotional eating? I can help you with that! Let’s get to the bottom of it!
