1:1 Yin Yoga Classes
We don’t always need intensity to create transformation;
Sometimes what our body needs is a moment to surrender; to let the soft tissues actually soften to promote a deep stretch.
Perfect for workout recovery, excellent for mental health, and a perfect addition to those with nagging/achy joints/muscles.
Appointments utilize essential oils for an aromatherapy bonus if you wish!

Group Training Programming
May 25 – 30, 2026
Monday, May 25
Our first portion focused on posterior chain, core stability, and positional strength using intervals. Your goal is to move with intention on every rep while keeping each minute manageable so you can maintain consistency. The pace should feel steady, with enough time each minute to complete the work and reset before the next movement. You’ll utilize things like Zercher Good Mornings, Turkish Get Ups & Gorilla Rows (lots of variations offered, too!)
Our workout is a short interval circuit where your goal is to produce repeatable, high-quality efforts across all 4 rounds. The built-in rest allows you to push each round with intent, but you should still pace the early rounds so you can maintain your output throughout!
Tuesday, May 26
Today is a longer, low to moderate intensity aerobic piece with built-in mobility, so your goal is to keep moving continuously while maintaining quality across all movements! The goal is to finish feeling worked but not exhausted, with improved mobility and a steady aerobic effort throughout!
We also have a super cool new Plank variation to share with everyone =D
Wednesday, May 27
This is a functional strength pairing focused on unilateral control, stability, and positioning. This will include a Landmine Press variation as well as Single Leg RDLs with different option for holding your weights (or no weight at all). Your goal across both movements is to move with control and intention while building strength through balanced, repeatable reps.
We’ll finish with benchmark repeat ‘Snatch and Grab”! Some Single Arm Farmer Carries and a few Snatches in there, a burner for sure.
Thursday, May 28
This is a moderate, steady-paced workout where your goal is to move consistently across all 5 rounds without any major drop-off. The movement combination will build fatigue, especially through your core and posterior chain. Stay controlled early so you can maintain the same pace throughout! You’ll utilize things like KB/DB Windmills and a super cool side plank variation to fire up your core!
Friday, May 29
We are starting a 3 week wave of Banded Sumo Deadlifts & Single Arm DB Split Jerks! Both are intended to be light and speedy today (don’t grab the heaviest dumbbell, yet 😉 ).
Lastly, we’ll finish with “100 Lunges”. A historic benchmark at Degree, you must choose your lunge weight appropriately. Being able to do 10 good reps at a time with the weight you choose is a must.
Saturday, May 30
We’ll start the day out with “The Hopper” game, then, you’ll do max rep movements during your circuit workout.
Have fun, work hard, and start your weekend off right!
