Reflexology & Ionic Foot Detox
Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive therapy that works on specific pressure points in the feet to encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients find it helps reduce stress, improve circulation, promote relaxation, support better sleep, and promote an overall sense of balance and wellness.
With over 15 years of experience and helping people feel better, we are excited to bring this to Degree, our Members and Community!
You can contact Jen directly via Facebook, or via call/text at 519-301-6579.

Group Training Programming
June 29 – July 4, 2026
Monday, June 29
Today’s session is a lower body and upper back strength pairing focused on unilateral stability, posture, and controlled strength development. We’ll use Bulgarian Split Squat/Split Squat variations and a Gorilla Row variation. Both movements should be approached with deliberate tempo and strong positioning rather than simply rushing through reps.
We’ll repeat benchmark “Atlas”! If you’ve done this before you can look at old scores and decide how you want to approach it today. If this is day one for you, let’s get some numbers in the computer and build from there!
Tuesday, June 30
This workout is a longer duration workout that combines aerobic endurance, leg stamina, jumping volume (or step ups are an option), and upper-body pulling endurance. The challenge is less about any single movement and more about managing fatigue so that our pace doesn’t fall apart.
Wednesday, July 1
CLOSED for Canada Day!
Thursday, July 2
Skill work on deck today with inversion practice! The goal is not fatigue for the sake of fatigue, but rather accumulating high-quality practice and building confidence upside down while reinforcing pulling and triceps strength. Some of the most popular inversions to practice are Headstands, Wall Walk Holds and Wall Kick Ups, however, your Coach will guide you to pick the best one for where you are at and where you want to go! We’ll do this for two week.
We’ve got a 20 minute AMRAP on the menu today for your workout designed to build aerobic power while challenging grip endurance, shoulder stamina, and unilateral stability.
Friday, July 3
Today we are starting a 3 week wave of speed work followed by submax work with our Hang Power Snatches. Over three weeks we’ll lower our starting position, and gradually increase intensity, similar to the Clean work we did previous.
Our workout is a fast-paced descending sprint that combines moderate-weight Front Squats/Goblet Squats with Burpees and repeated Cal Rows. While the rep counts decrease each round, the challenge is managing your breathing and leg fatigue so that you’re able to keep moving efficiently from start to finish!
Psst, embrace the burpees – see you in class =D
Saturday, July 4
Partner workout “Capoot” today to honour Officer James Lowell Capoot, of the Vallejo Police Department, died Nov. 17, 2011, in the line of duty while chasing after an armed man suspected of robbing a bank. The 45-year-old, who lived in Vacaville, California, joined the Vallejo Police Department in 1993 and served as a motorcycle officer, motorcycle instructor, driving instructor and SWAT officer. He received two medals of courage, including one life-saving medal, as well as many other department commendations. Capoot is survived by his wife, Jennifer; three daughters, Jillian, Jamie and Justine.
You’ll split Running/Rowing with Push Ups, or, the Double Dumbbell Floor Press is a great variation, too!
Head Stand Practice!
Did you know we have a whole playlist dedicated to practicing your Headstands? Click the link above and get some ideas if this is something you’re thinking about working on this week in classes!
