Summer Yoga Classes

Group Training Programming
June 22-27, 2026

Monday, June 15
Week 2/3 of or Power/Hang Power Clean progression! Same overall structure, but today we’ll slightly increase the load while maintaining the same emphasis on speed, precision, and positioning. Remember that this cycle is designed to build over three weeks, so the goal is still crisp technically sound lifts, not grinding reps or chasing max weight too early!

Then, we’ll hang out with “Karen” 🙂

Tuesday, June 16
This workout is a steady-paced strength endurance and trunk stability session that will challenge grip, core control, and muscular stamina without driving the heart rate excessively high. The goal is smooth movement quality and consistent pacing across all five stations.

You’ll have movements like Lunges (or our variation of) Kettlebell Swings, Planks, Farmer Carries and Russian Twists to keep it fresh! We’ll finish the session with an upper body muscle hypertrophy piece; that is, building lean muscle mass!

Wednesday, June 17
Week 3/3 of this functional strength pairing focused on unilateral control, stability, and positioning. We’ll roll through our Band Assisted Push Ups, Seated Banded Rows and your Single Arm Glute Bridge Floor Press; look to refine from last week and/or increase your weights slightly!

Our interval workout is designed to keep intensity high while constantly shifting the demand between coordination, power output, cyclical conditioning, and gymnastics skill. With only 30 seconds of work per station, the goal is tough but repeatable effort that you can sustain across all 3 rounds without a massive drop in output!

Thursday, June 18
Similar to last week, we’ll complete 2 seperate AMRAPs with slightly different stimuli. The coolest part? You’ll work with your Week Day Super Friend to get the work done!

We’re looking for speedy rounds the first AMRAP, so keep. your sled light, and cruise into some additional mobility for your second AMRAP.

Friday, June 19
Today’s strength work is an upper posterior chain and pulling focused functional bodybuilding session. We’ll repeat this work next week! We’ll use a Sumo RDL Variation for the hamstrings/glutes, you’ll find a dumbbell pull over and have the opportunity to practice your Strict Pull ups!

“Juneteenth” is a longer aerobic benchmark that rewards pacing, efficiency, and consistent movement quality across all four stations. This workout can unravel quickly if you come out too hot, so the goal should be smooth sustainable output from the very first round!

Saturday, June 20
This partner workout is a longer mixed-modal session where the goal is to maintain steady output across all three rounds without burning out early. There are no true “resting” movements in this piece, so pacing, communication, and smart movement management with your partner will be key! Split the work intentionally from the beginning.
