Reflexology & Ionic Foot Detox
Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive therapy that works on specific pressure points in the feet to encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients find it helps reduce stress, improve circulation, promote relaxation, support better sleep, and promote an overall sense of balance and wellness.
With over 15 years of experience and helping people feel better, we are excited to bring this to Degree, our Members and Community!

Group Training Programming
June 22-27, 2026
Monday, June 22
Week 3/3 of or Power/Hang Power Clean progression! Same structure today where you’ll be able to build to a heavy single at the end of it all. All your hard work paid off!
Then, we have a new benchmark workout called “It Takes Two” (cue the Olsen Twins, right?!) This one is all about improving our work capacity, that is the total volume of work an we can perform, recover from, and adapt to positively. In exercise, it reflects our general resilience—how much intense activity your body can tolerate and how quickly it repairs itself from that stress.
Tuesday, June 23
This workout is a longer duration workout that combines aerobic endurance, leg stamina, jumping volume (or step ups are an option), and upper-body pulling endurance. The challenge is less about any single movement and more about managing fatigue so that our pace doesn’t fall apart.
It will start with a fun buy in, and also end with some Bicep Curls and upper back work #gaintrain
Wednesday, June 24
Today’s session combines upper body pushing strength with lower body mobility and frontal plane strength work with Ring Dips (or your variation of), and Landmine Cossack Squats; both movements should be approached with control and precision rather than rushing through reps. The goal is building strength through full ranges of motion while maintaining clean positions under fatigue!
Our interval workout is focused on power endurance that combines Cal Rows & Deadlifts. The goal is to complete each round fast enough to earn meaningful recovery before the next interval begins, and complete the Deadlift work unbroken.
Thursday, June 25
This session combines moderate intensity strongman conditioning with lower intensity accessory and recovery-focused work. The first AMRAP challenges coordination, shoulder stability, grip endurance, and aerobic pacing, while the second piece focuses on cyclical recovery work and muscular endurance through the arms and glutes.
Have fun with the variety in this one – you’ll feel great after!
Friday, June 26
Week 2/2 using a Sumo RDL Variation for the hamstrings/glutes, you’ll find a dumbbell pull over and have the opportunity to practice your Strict Pull ups! Build of what you worked on last week!
New benchmark “Beef Kabobs” is a few DBL DBL Clusters… just a few. The key is finding a sustainable rhythm right out of the gate. You’ve got this!
Saturday, June 20
This session is split into three separate 9 minute efforts, each with a different emphasis. The first two AMRAPs are strongman-style conditioning pieces focused on grip, trunk stability, and sustained muscular endurance, while the final AMRAP shifts into more traditional aerobic conditioning with a strong core component. Each Super Friend completes a full round before switching.

Double Dumbbell Cluster
This exercise will be front and centre for Fridays Group Training class; don’t let it intimidate you! Pick an appropriate weight, the variation of the movement that fits for you and lets rock it together!
