Summer Yoga Classes

Group Training Programming
July 6 – 11, 2026

Monday, July 6
Week 2/2 of our Bulgarian Split Squat/Split Squat variations and a Gorilla Row variation. Both movements should be approached with deliberate tempo and strong positioning rather than simply rushing through reps.

New Benchmark, “Gaslight”! This workout is a fast-paced chipper that starts with a large lower body and cardiovascular challenge before transitioning into an upper body endurance focus and finishing with a tough aerobic push on the run/row. The challenge is managing fatigue early so that you can maintain consistent movement all the way through the final run/row – you’ve got this!

Tuesday, July 7
This is aerobic workout has built in recovery (yay!) where the descending reps will keep the workload manageable as the rounds progress, but don’t let the early sets trick you into starting too fast 😉 You’ll love the movements included and get a great total body workout today!

Wednesday, July 8
Today we start a 3 week wave of speed work in the Barbell Floor Press. Every rep should be strong on the way up, but normal speed on the way down, with a slight pause as the tricep touches the floor. Keep elbows at at 45 degree angle from the body, and check that your forearm angle is vertical on each rep when you contact the floor.

Then, we’ll re-test ‘Dumbbell DT’! Check old scores if you have them to see how you want to take today on!

Thursday, July 9
Week 2/2 of our inversion practice! The goal is not fatigue for the sake of fatigue, but rather accumulating high-quality practice and building confidence upside down while reinforcing pulling and triceps strength. Some of the most popular inversions to practice are Headstands, Wall Walk Holds and Wall Kick Ups, however, your Coach will guide you to pick the best one for where you are at and where you want to go!

This workout is an aerobic strength and movement quality piece designed to keep you moving continuously while challenging mobility, core stability, and grip endurance. The goal is to maintain a steady pace throughout all five rounds and focus on executing each movement with control and precision rather than racing through the reps.

Friday, July 10
Week 2/3 of our Power Snatch work where we’ll start this session from below the knee. Starting the Olympic Lifts from the top and working down ensures we have good from, and continue to use the legs as the driving force and not our torso.

Our workout is a moderate-length conditioning piece that combines leg endurance, upper body stamina, and aerobic work. The volume is high enough that pacing matters, but the goal is to maintain continuous movement rather than redlining. Aim to settle into a sustainable rhythm from the start and avoid long breaks on either the Front Squats or Push Ups.

Saturday, July 11
This partner workout is a longer mixed-modal conditioning piece that rewards teamwork, smart pacing, and efficient transitions. The Rope Climbs provide a high-skill pulling element, while the Lunges, Burpees, and Row challenge leg endurance, upper body stamina, and aerobic capacity. Have fun!!
