Weekly Member Update July 20 – 25, 2026
Hey Fam!
Wholy-moley what a wild week it was this past week! With hot weather and the wildfire smoke, we got through it!
If you found last week was a tough one for your workouts and/or getting them in, the best part is each week brings a new opportunity.
The best thing you can do if you’ve missed a few classes is to just show up to your next one.
We know it’s hard, and I’ve been there and so have your Coaches. One missed class turns into two, three, etc. and it starts to feel overwhelming and like it’ll never stop. But, you have the power and it’s just about showing up.
Especially with hot weather, and different environmental factors, it’s also important to remember that our intensity doesn’t need to be 110%. It can be whatever it needs to be for that day, and that’s exactly good enough.
So, let’s strap on those shoes, Fam, get your classes reserved, and make sure your 1:1 appointment is in the calendar, it’s a new week to feel our best.
See you in the gym!

Group Training Programming
July 20 – 25, 2026
Monday, July 20
Week 2/2 of our complex for the lower body including Lunge and Squats in the same complex. We’ve got tons of different variations to make sure we choose the best one for you today! Build on our effort from last week if you were here!
Retesting benchmark workout “The Kessel Run”. Choose movement options that allow you to complete each movement in a maximum of 2 sets (You’ve got running/rowing, Thrusters & Pull Ups/Ring Rows on deck today!)
Tuesday, July 21
This is a strongman and movement quality session designed to keep you moving continuously at a moderate. The goal is to improve aerobic fitness, trunk stability, and movement quality while leaving the gym feeling better than when you walked in!
Our finisher will include a total upper body burn with bicep curls and shoulder raises.
Wednesday, July 22
Week 3/3 of our Floor Press work with our Wide Grip variation today. This one biases primarily the pecs/anterior shoulder where the triceps can’t help as much as they aren’t in an optimal angle to do so. Mixing up grip variations for movements like this supports balance in our strength training!
This workout is a moderate-length interval piece that combines upper body pulling endurance, running, and coordination. The rest allows you to push the pace on each round, but the goal is still consistency. Aim to finish all three rounds with similar times rather than going all-out in round one and fading dramatically by the end.
Thursday, July 23
This interval workout is all about repeatable power output. The Run/Row is the primary driver of fatigue, while the Core Variation you choose and Devil’s Presses challenge your ability to maintain movement quality under an elevated heart rate. The goal is to complete the work quickly enough to earn meaningful recovery before the next interval begins, while keeping all five rounds within a similar time range!
Friday, July 24
This is week 1/3 of a dynamic effort progression focused on improving power production and bar speed in your Sumo Deadlift and Push Press. The goal today is not to lift heavy (stick with us!) Every rep should be fast, crisp, and technically sound. If bar speed begins to slow down, the weight is too heavy.
Stay patient and trust the process, as the objective is to build speed and efficiency that will translate into bigger lifts down the road!
Get ready to be “Bear-ied Alive”! This workout is a short, spicey conditioning piece that combines explosive pulling power with full-body locomotion. The ascending rep scheme means each round gets progressively more demanding, so the key is to stay smooth early and avoid burning out before the larger sets.
