Weekly Member Update February 16 – 21, 2026
Happy February, Fam!
We are inching closer to our first 2026 Intramural Open workout! If you haven’t had a chance to check out your FAQ Book, you can CLICK HERE to access that. We can also look forward to our spring apparel arriving soon – once they are in we will let you know ASAP for pick up.
Lastly, we have some really fun events and programs lined up for the spring! Restorative Yoga classes are coming up (and filling fast!), we’ve partnered with Registered Nurse, Katelyn Love-De Jong to host a Spring Wellness Reset and Barbell Club is fast approaching. There truly is something for everyone!
The most important thing, though, is continuing to show up for your regular classes and appointments! Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s something that becomes something we just do, not something we have to do; it becomes as normal as brushing our teeth every day or going to work – we just show up.
Keep being awesome, we are proud of you!

Group Training Programming
February 16 – 21 , 2026
Monday, February 16
CLOSED for Family Day!
Tuesday, February 17
Today’s cardiac output workouts is focused on midline strength, aerobic capacity, and unilateral/core stability. Move at a sustainable, repeatable pace, no redlining early. The goal is steady work with minimal drop-off across rounds! You’ll utilize Zercher/Weighted Marches, the rowers, and plank variations today.
Wednesday,February 18
We are starting at two week repetition effort progression of upper/lower work including Push Press and Weighted Step Ups. For the Push Press, use a weight for your working sets that you could do for ~10 reps while stopping at 8 to keep speed and mechanics consistent across all sets.
Then, we are re-testing CrossFit Open 18.1!
Thursday, February 19
This aerobic capacity session blends repeatable conditioning with a controlled mobility finisher. The opening portion should feel like steady, leg driven cardio rather than an all out effort. You’ll utilize push ups, air squats and step ups to keep that heart rate up today!
Friday, February 20
Build on your effort from last week’s superset, improving your technique, increasing weight and or reps. The Wall Supported RDL is intended to reinforce proper hinge mechanics while limiting forward drift and excessive loading. Use the wall as a positional reference, keeping hips back, shins mostly vertical, and tension through the hamstrings and glutes throughout each rep, reaching the weights back towards the heel, not straight down. The Bird Dog Rows complement this by challenging anti-rotation and midline control. Move slowly, keep hips and shoulders square to the floor, and prioritize balance and control over heavier loading!
Then, we will re-test benchmark “Snatch & Grab”!
Saturday, February 21
Split work with your Super Friend today as you see fit. Move with intent and perfect mechanics on the fixed reps to earn time for the max effor twork!

3 Point Chest Opener
An absolute gem of a restorative pose, you’ll utilize this in yoru Restorative Yoga practice using bolsters and blocks provided!
Classes start Wednesdays in March, 7-8pm, $26+tx/class
