NEW OFFERINGS!

We are excited to be offering two new holistic offerings right here at Degree Fitness in our cozy office space;

Yin Yoga
These 60 minute, 1-1 personalized Yin Yoga appointments provide a deep stretch for your entire body using props, guided by your Certified Yin Yoga Teacher curated to what you most want/need from your appointment.
*Client’s have the option of using essential oils during their appointment for an even more immersive experience*

Reiki Energy Appointments
“Rei” = Universal “Ki” = Life Force Energy

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique aimed at promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and physical or emotional healing by balancing the body’s “life force energy”. Using light touch or holding hands over the body, your Reiki practitioner uses Reiki to support your physical and emotional wellbeing, giving your body, mind and soul what it needs.

If you’ve been feeling pulled to give yourself some extra TLC, finding a sense of grounding, or even direction, both of these modalities could be a good fit for you.

Group Training Programming
April 27 – May 2, 2026

Monday, April 27
This is a deload session focused on control, positioning, and quality movement. The goal is not to push intensity, but to move well, reinforce good patterns, and leave the session feeling better than you started! You’ll super set a lower body strength exercise with a cool new upper body pressing exercise!

Retesting “Not Today, Satan!” Now that the weather is better, you will have the opportunity to run or row in your workouts, or, a little bit of both.

Tuesday, April 28
This is a multi-part conditioning session designed to challenge aerobic capacity, strength endurance, and movement quality across a variety of patterns. Each piece has a different focus such as upper body pulling, grip endurance, core strength and shoulder stability… Oh, and getting super strong overall!

Wednesday, April 29
Build on last week’s functional superset focused on frontal plane strength, upper back development with your Landmine Cossack Squats & Incline Dumbbell Rows. The goal is to move with control and intention while building balanced strength across these patterns!

New benchmark “Thin Lizzy”. This is a fast-paced couplet that combines barbell cycling with upper body pressing endurance. With the descending rep scheme, the goal is to manage fatigue early so you can accelerate through the final rounds!

Thursday, April 30
This interval piece s a longer conditioning piece focused on movement quality, coordination, and sustainable pacing. With a built-in rest every 6th minute, the goal is to keep each working minute consistent and controlled rather than pushing to exhaustion!

With a variety of movements we’ll hit every muscle in our body for a total body workout!

Friday, May 1
Happy first day of May!

Today we are starting a three week dynamic effort wave of Band Assisted Squat Jumps and Landmine Rotation Punches. The intent is maximum speed with both movements so make sure you use the correct bands and weights in order to achieve the correct stimulus, your Coach can help with that! We’ll be increasing weight slightly over three weeks in with the Landmine Rotation Punch so start light today. Our goal with the Band Assisted Squat Jump is to increase height over three weeks.

Our workout a short, front-loaded piece where the Front Squats will be the biggest challenge, and the Overhead KB/DB Carries will challenge your stability and breathing under fatigue.

Saturday, May 2
This is a longer Super Friend AMRAP where pacing, transitions, and managing fatigue are important. You’ll complete one full round while your partner rests, so look to try to keep your pace around the 2:00 mark per round. You’ll have the opportunity to practice your rope climb if you want!
