Making Fitness a Routine!

We often hear people say they don’t have time to work out during our intro appointments. Everyone has work schedules, family obligations, or simply just not enough time. It could also be that they just don’t have the energy and that one time a week is all you have to give physically at this point of time.
Our Wellness Program crew at Degree will tell you a different story … they will tell you that you can feel a difference coming once a week!
“It starts my week off on the right foot and sets the tone for the week ahead!”
“I have found my balance and coordination is better after starting here, I am more steady on my feet.”
“I can hike with my friends again with more confidence and for longer durations than before!”
“I can reach overhead to get things out of the cupboard with less effort!”
This is a small portion of how they are feeling better in their daily life overall.
Some of the reasons once-a-week works, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or it has become a routine for you:
- It is easier to stay consistent for the long run, scheduling it just like all your other appointments.
- It gives you more recovery time from the workout.
- Even once a week can help with your stress management, release some of the tension and stress we are holding on. As well this group shares a lot of laughs which can let go of even more!
- If you are just starting once a week can help work towards your goals without becoming overwhelmed by taking on too much too fast. Building slowly to reach your goals and adding on when you are ready will help keep your fitness journey on track and you will be more likely to stick with it.
- Your classes are Coach lead so your Coach is there to help you and keep you moving forward, adjusting and assisting as needed.
Wellness Coaching at Degree is for all ages and fitness levels. Low-impact movements working at your ability and adjusting as needed.
