Somehow we have arrived at the beginning of December, the last month of 2020! With the holidays coming up, it can be tempting to put your health and fitness goals on the shelf until January 2nd.
Here’s 3 reasons our Nutrition Coaching programs should be on your radar right now, and how we can help you through this month and beyond!
1. Balance through the holidays is hard.
Every year, we talk to clients who are worried about how the holidays will impact their nutrition goals. While holiday celebrations will probably be looking a bit different for most this year, there can still be lots of stress about how to balance treats and big meals with your healthy eating goals. If this is a worry of yours, look no further! You can book a Nutrition Consultation in the next few weeks to specifically talk about this – the earlier the better, since some habits take practice!
2. Extended benefits re-start at the beginning of the year!
Do you have extended benefits through work? You might be covered for sessions with a Registered Dietitian, and we can give you an invoice to be reimbursed! Most benefits programs re-start at the beginning of the year. This means you could use some of this year’s allotted amount in the next month and still have all of next year’s amount to keep working on your goals!
3. The New Year can be busy!
When New Year’s resolutions hit, everyone is looking for ways to get more active and eat better. If you already know this will be part of your goals for 2021, save your spot to make sure you can get started as soon as possible! Even if you don’t want to get started this month, you can still book your 15-Minute Bite-Sized Nutrition Chat to learn more and pick a program, and schedule your start date to hit the ground running next year!
