Are you looking to make some health and fitness changes? Do you already know how key nutrition is for your goals? Amazing! But how do you know what changes to make and when? How do you stay accountable and consistent so you can see long-term results? How on earth do you even know what nutrition information out there is true and applies to you and your goals?
Sounds like you need On-Going Nutrition Coaching!
This program is the best way for us to help you set a plan, stay consistent, and get where you want to go. Whether your goals include body composition changes, managing or avoiding chronic disease (like diabetes or heart disease), improving athletic performance, or improving your relationship with food, we can help.
Here are the steps On-Going Nutrition Coaching includes to help you be successful with your goals:
1. Setting a plan.
The first step is to really dig into what your goals are, and get to know more about you. Every person is unique and what works for one person might not work for the next! Your initial 60-minute consultation is the chance to work with your dietitian to figure out the best starting game plan for you, and set those tangible actionable steps to get started.
2. Accountability to stick with the plan.
On-Going Nutrition Coaching provides accountability in 2 ways to help you stay consistent. Weekly e-mail check-ins are the perfect way to touch base, make sure you’re on track, and troubleshoot anything that’s not going to plan before it becomes a problem. Monthly 30-minute in-person or virtual meetings are the chance to dig deep on any issues that come up, answer any big burning questions, and adjust our plans as needed.
3. With you for the long-term.
We know that you want a quick-fix and to solve any nutrition problems overnight. Unfortunately, that’s not how nutrition goals work if we’re aiming for long-term success. Our nutrition program is designed to be with you long-term so you can get the results you want AND maintain them.
Our most successful clients are the ones who have stuck it out for at least 3 to 6 months – they see the biggest improvements, not just in physical health but in their relationship with food.
