Some of these ailments require or benefit from seeing a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist or another healthcare provider for their services.
Does this mean you should stop working out completely? No!
We work with our clients and members healthcare providers to ensure we are supporting you in a safe and effective manner, even when you are seeing them.
This is important because you want to get a great workout to hit your goals and feel your best, and we want to feel safe doing it, right? Right.
By connecting with your healthcare provider, we can establish goals, as well, even help you stay on track with the exercises they’ve given you.
Because, lets’ face it, we’ve all been to physio and left the exercise paper on the kitchen table never to be moved again.
Having your Coach to guide you in what your healthcare provider has instructed can mean a quicker recovery, not losing any effort you’ve put in prior, and, you’ll decrease your risk of a future injury!
Moral of the story, stay as active as you can within the safe ranges set out for you!
